WHILE DRIVING ABS LIGHT ILLUMINATES ON DASHBOARD CONTINUOUSLY. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER. DEALER STATED THAT COMPUTER CHIP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION, AND IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. *AK
BRAKES WENT OUT DUE TO A RELAY BURNING. BRAKE LIGHT HAD CAME ON RIGHT BEFORE THE BRAKES WENT OUT, THERE WAS REALLY NO ADVANCE WARNING. DEFECT HAS CAUSED CONSUMER TO COME VERY CLOSE TO AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT. *AK
FUTURA GLS TIRES PURCHESED FROM PEP BOYS EXPLODED. BACK TIRES DISINTEGRATED DUE TO A BUBBLE IN SIZE OF A BASEBALL IN FRONT TIRES, RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT. DRIVER BROKE NOSE AND SPRAINED WRIST. *AK

"ISSUE: REPORTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED OF ENGINE DAMAGE OCCURRING, WHICH IS CAUSED BY THE USE OF NON-APPROVED ENGINE INDUCTION / FUEL INJECTION CLEANING EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ""VACU-FLUSH"" TYPE EQUIPMENT. CAUSE: THE USE OF NON-APPROVED EQUIPMENT CAN CAUSE THE ENGINES TO HYDRO-LOCK, OR CAUSE OTHER ENGINE DAMAGE, AND SOMETIMES THE ONLY POSSIBLE REPAIR IS TO REPLACE THE ENGINE."
