The headlights may be missing adjustment prevention caps, which can allow the headlights to be improperly adjusted. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamp, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment."

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

(Maserati) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Grecale, 2023-2025 MC20 Cielo, 2024 Granturismo, GranCabrio, 2021-2024 Levante, Ghibli, Quattroporte, and 2022-2025 MC 20 vehicles. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

BACK OVER PREVENTION:SOFTWAREMaserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Grecale and 2024 GranTurismo vehicles. The Central Vision Park Assist Module (CVPAM) software may prevent the rearview image from displaying when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:INSTRUMENT PANEL:FUEL GAUGEMaserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2024 GranTurismo and GranCabrio vehicles. The body control module (BCM) software may display an incorrect fuel level, which can result in an unexpected engine stall while driving.

FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:PRESSURE SENSORMaserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Quattroporte and Ghibli vehicles. The fuel line sensor housing may crack and leak fuel.

STRUCTURE:CRITICAL FASTENERSMaserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2023 MC20 Cielo vehicles. The windshield frame stud sealant, which retains the stud connecting the windshield frame to the body, may not have been installed, which can reduce body structure performance and roof strength. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 216, "Roof Crush Resistance" and 214, "Side Impact Protection."
