The headlights may be missing adjustment prevention caps, which can allow the headlights to be improperly adjusted. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamp, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment."

BACK OVER PREVENTION:SOFTWAREMaserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Grecale and 2024 GranTurismo vehicles. The Central Vision Park Assist Module (CVPAM) software may prevent the rearview image from displaying when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

The windshield frame stud sealant, which retains the stud connecting the windshield frame to the body, may not have been installed, which can reduce body structure performance and roof strength. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 216, "Roof Crush Resistance" and 214, "Side Impact Protection."
