On May 3rd my Nissan Armada's airbag system was unable to be repaired and was rendered unusable due to inoperable safety equipment. We were told the part would not be available for repair until at least September of 2026. We have been in contact with a Nissan case manager about possible resolutions to our problem but no acceptable option has been offered by Nissan to date. The unavailable safety part number is: POO 873G9-7KA1A FRAME ASSY-CUSHION,FRONT SEAT RH See attached repair invoice for details.

When I was stopped and taking a turn, the car will not fully accelerate and it feels almost as if the car is stuck in first gear and won't shift. It makes a super loud revving noise and won't go over 15-20 mph. When this happens, I can't accelerate quickly enough to turn safely with oncoming traffic even with a very long distance. It has happened twice and both time I've nearly been hit. This is a safety issue and puts me and my children at risk when we are driving. I've had to hurry and find a safe place to pull over both times. When I turn the car off and then on again, it goes back to normal. I've also shifted into park and then to drive and it goes back to normal again. This is a huge problem that puts everyone at risk. If I'm trying to merge onto a highway and it happens, there might not be a safe place to pull over. I have taken the car into the dealership and they said that they can't duplicate the issue so there is nothing that they can do. I don't want to keep driving this car until the issue comes back again. That is irresponsible and not safe.

I am writing to report a critical safety failure regarding my vehicle’s display systems. While driving, the left side of the infotainment system (the digital instrument cluster) went completely dark. I lost all visibility of my speedometer, odometer, and critical vehicle warnings. I immediately pulled over and attempted to power-cycle the vehicle, but the display remained unresponsive. Shortly after, the right side of the infotainment system also failed, resulting in a total loss of control over the HVAC (AC), radio, and integrated garage door opener. This is a recurring issue documented by other owners of this model, and given the loss of the speedometer while in motion, I consider the vehicle unsafe to drive until repaired.

I was driving and the left side of infotainment system went out. I could not see my speed, odometer everything on the dash. I pulled over, stopped the car, turned it off and on but that did not work. This was very dangerous. After sitting for about 30 minutes it started working. i took it to the dealer and picked it up because they were waiting on direction from Nissan. Then the right side of the infotainment went out. It has not come back on. This side controls the radio, ac and garage door opener. Something is wrong and I am not the only owner this has happened to.
