(1) BREAK IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, BREAK LIGHT IS SHOWING, AFTER ADDING FLUID LIGHT DISAPPEAR AND FUNCTION AFTER SEVERAL PUMPING, PUSHING OF THE BREAK DOWN AND RELEASING TOWARDS UP. SEEMS LIMITED FRICTION TO FUNCTION THE BREAK. WENT TO MECHANIC SHOP, WAS UNABLE TO DETECT, RATHER FILLED WITH BREAK FLUID AND INJECTED BREAK FLUID THROUGH PHYSICAL PUMPING TO THE BREAK. WORKS UNTIL FEW MILES DRIVE , AFTER THAT BREAK FLUID LEVEL START FALLING DOWN AND BREAK START TO LOOSE ITS FUNCTION. AFTER NUMEROUS PUMPING BREAK WORK LITTLE BIT, BUT AGAIN TURN BACK TO NON FUNCTIONING/ ALMOST UNABLE TO STOP / TAKE DISTANCE TO SLOW DOWN. BREAKS SHOES, PAD APPEARS TO HAVE THEIR STRENGTH/ THICKNESS AS PER MECHANIC, HOWEVER BREAK IS NOT FUNCTIONING . THIS CONDITION OF OUT OF ORDER/ NON FUNCTIONING BREAK EXPERIENCE WHILE CAR IS SITTING IDLE/ IGNITION ON, WHILE ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE LOCALLY, CITY ROAD(S). (2) THE ENGINE IGNITION ONCE STARTED WITH THE KEY, THE ENGINE AND CAR RUNS/ RUNNING WITHOUT HAVING THE KEY INSIDE THE IGNITION SWITCH I.E. THE KEY BECOME LOOSE ITS CONNECTIVITY WITH THE IGNITION SWITCH/ INSIDE THE IGNITION SWITCH , CAR IS ABLE TO PUT IN DRIVE, REAR GEAR ETC. AND CAPABLE OF MOVE, DRIVE WITHOUT HAVING ENGINE/ IGNITION KEY INSIDE THE IGNITION SWITCH .

I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT ON SEPT. 19 2015(SATURDAY). I WAS STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT. AND AS I PROCEEDED DRIVING DOWN A MAIN STREET I WAS ONLY GOING 5-10MPH AS I LEFT THE GREEN LIGHT AND LESS THAN A MIN. I COULDN'T SEE NOTHING. UNTIL AND A DARK HUGE SUV WITH NO LIGHTS ON CUTS ME OFF AND MADE A SHARP LEFT TURN AND HIT ME HEAD ON. CAUSING MY RADIATOR OTHER PARTS PUSHED TO THE BACK AND TO RIGHT OF MY CAR WHERE THE BATTERY WAS...THE MAN WHO HIT ME, HIT ME SO HARD THAT MY STIRRING WHEEL AIRBAG EXPLODING AND CAUSED DAMAGES TO MY CHIN, NECK AND MY CHEST.

I WAS DRIVING AT 25 MPH WHEN LET OFF THE GAS PEDAL BUT THE CAR CONTINUED AT THAT SPEED AND WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO TAP THE PEDAL IT ONLY SPED UP MORE.
